Every engagement is priced individually, because a two-hour team session and a custom AI solution are not the same piece of work. Engagements typically range from €50 to €2,000.
01How it works

| 1. Scoping call | We talk through what you need. Free, no commitment, usually 30 minutes. |
| 2. Written quote | You receive a fixed price with the scope, the deliverables, and the timeline. Valid 30 days. |
| 3. Delivery | We do the work and submit it for your review. |
| 4. You approve | You confirm it is right, or tell us what to correct. Corrections within scope cost nothing. |
| 5. Invoice | We invoice once you have approved. Payment due within 14 days. |
You approve the work before you are billed for it. That is why we quote a fixed price rather than an hourly rate, and why there is nothing to refund — if the work is not right, we fix it before there is an invoice.
02What moves the price
Within the €50–€2,000 range, four things account for most of the variation:
- Format. A single session costs less than a multi-week programme.
- Number of participants. Group training scales differently from one-to-one work.
- How much is bespoke. Adapting an existing programme to your context costs less than building one from scratch.
- Depth of integration. A standalone tool is simpler than something wired into your existing systems and data.
Work that would exceed €2,000 is normally split into phases, each quoted, delivered, and approved on its own. You decide after each phase whether to continue.
03Payment
We invoice by email, with a secure payment link. Card and bank transfer are both accepted. Quotes are stated in euros (EUR) unless agreed otherwise; Net Studio LLC settles in United States dollars, and your bank may apply its own conversion rate.
Fees are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Business clients in the European Union should supply a valid VAT identification number with their billing details.
Recurring services are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current period. The full terms are in our Payment & Refund Policy.
